Reception Team

In the main reception office, Julie Jackson is lead receptionist and has a team of seven receptionists working a rota behind the reception desk and in the main office. We operate a fully computerised appointments system and we are working towards a ‘paperless practice’.

All consultations are recorded onto the computer and all letters are scanned into the records daily. We have a computer link to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital pathology lab and therefore blood and other test results are downloaded directly.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
