****CORONAVIRUS - NHS ALERT****

Monday 16 March - 2020

The care and well-being of our patients and staff are paramount. For this reason we have made changes to our services in view of COVID-19.

We are now in the delay phase of Coronavirus. Following National guidance all pre-booked patient appointments will be telephone triaged by a clinician. Where clinically indicated patients will be allocated a face-to-face appointment. In the main, telephone consultations will be used.

Restricted access to the Practice has been applied using the intercom system located to the left of the main front doors.

Please adhere to the National Guidance:-

If you have a new continuous cough of fever (37.8 or above), self-isolate for 7 days. If symptoms worsen during the 7 days or there are no signs of improvement after this period, please access NHS 111 online. If you do not have online access please telephone NHS 111.

If collecting your medication/prescription please arrange for someone else to collect if you have symptoms.

If you have to stay at home because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer.

If you have to stay at home but feel well enough to work if you can work from home. If you can work from home you will not need an isolation note.
