Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025
The AGM will take place on Monday 12th May 2025 at 3pm
Venue: Chet Valley Medical Practice
All patients are considered a member of the group, and are welcome to attend our AGM/
We are seeking new committee members and volunteers to support with upcoming events we have planned.
The Patient Participation Group (PPG), established in February 1996 and has played a key role in representing patients and supporting the practice.
All patients of Chet Valley Medical Practice are considered members of the PPG and are represented by a committee elected at the AGM held in May.
The PPG is run by patient volunteers and the practice manager. We meet with practice staff every three months, or more frequently if needed, to explore how we can enhance services and foster a positive relationship between the practice, its patients, and the wider community. Our goal is to improve two-way communication and address the changes we, as patients, desire.
