Important Notice: Appointment Update

From 1st September 2025, we will be introducing a new appointment system called Total Triage to improve patient access to appointments. The system has been adopted throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, and is based on feedback received from our patient population.

“We are still offering appointments every day to patients who need one, but we are unable to book routine, non-urgent GP reviews during August while we build the new appointment system ready for our go live. Patients can still contact the surgery and book an urgent appointment if there is a clinical need. Nurse and healthcare assistant appointments are still available to book in advance. If you’re unsure who your routine review appointment should be with, please contact the practice.

“We appreciate your patience during this temporary change and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. From 1st September, routine bookings with GPs and nurse practitioners will resume.”
