In the main office, Amanda Rumsby is the Office and I.T. Supervisor.  Amanda has a team of eleven receptionists working a rota behind the reception desk and in the Office.  We operate a fully computerised appointments system and we are working towards a 'paperless practice'.  All consultations are recorded onto the computer by the GP's and all letters are scanned into the records daily.  We have a computer link to the path labs at the Norfolk and Norwich Universtiy Hospital so blood and test results are downloaded directly.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the Practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
