Friends and Family Test
The 'Friends and Family' test came into effect on1 December 2014 for GP Practices to implement in accordance with National Guidelines. This test has been used in hospitals and other areas of the National Health Service for a number of years.
Basically the 'test ' asks one question;
"How likely are you to recommend our services to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?" followed by "please tell us the main reason for selecting your statement".
We have simple cards to complete answering the question above available at reception.
You can also complete the question online via the Practice website.
Results of the 'Friends and Family' Test will be published online. No comments will be included without prior permission. All responses will be kept anonymous, however there is an option to leave your contact details should you prefer.
Your feedback is important to us to ensure that we continue to offer a high standard of care and services.
